Can you cut a hole in my existing glass door to install a pet door?
No — and you should never let anyone do this. Toughened or tempered glass cannot be cut. It will shatter into thousands of pieces. We replace the entire glass panel with a brand-new toughened safety panel pre-cut to your door's exact size. This is the only safe and correct way to install a pet door into glass.
How do I know what size pet door to buy?
The general rule is to measure your pet's width at the widest point and their height from floor to the top of their back — and go at least 2cm larger in each direction. We take the guesswork out of it entirely — our team will measure your pet and recommend the right size at your free quote visit.
Are pet doors safe?
Can a burglar get through? Our pet doors are designed and manufactured with security in mind. The flap mechanisms are not strong enough to support an adult's weight and are too small for a person to enter through in the sizes used for most breeds. We can also advise on locking options and security-conscious door placements.

How long does installation take?
Most standard installations are completed in 1–3 hours on the day. Glass panel replacements require a separate measure and order process — turnaround is typically 7 days from measure to installation.

Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty on all workmanship. Our doors are also covered by manufacturer warranty — ask us for details on specific models at your free quote.
